Underground Whisky & Wagyu with Westholme and Nikka Whisky

Matilda is partnering with Nikka Whisky and Westholme Wagyu and taking you underground at the restaurant to enjoy a four-course lunch celebrating the delicacies of beef and distilling.

Each dish of Westholme’s Australian Wagyu is paired with a whisky you might not have tried – from Japanese single-malts to whisky cocktails.

There’ll be Wagyu bresaola, Wagyu short rib, Wagyu sirloin and more.
