Blackmore Wagyu Tomahawk 9+ 1.5–1.7kg with pepper berry jus, $580, feeds 2-4.

Blackmore Wagyu is an award winning and internationally recognised producer of 100% Fullblood Wagyu beef, cattle that are not diluted with any other breed. Our exclusive tomahawks are hand-selected for us by David Blackmore, so you know we’re getting the highest quality steak.

Our tomahawks are available to pre-order at the time of booking. Please note that we require at least 5 days’ notice for this pre-order to be guaranteed, and a pre-payment of 50% is required. The tomahawks will also be available to order at the table when you dine but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, we encourage you to pre-order to avoid disappointment.
