A Valentine’s Day set menu that celebrates all the elements.
This year, Matilda’s Valentine’s Day set menu will take you through a journey that honours cooking techniques harnessed in fire. There’ll be signature favourites including the Loddon Estate Duck and Merimbula oysters to help you settle in, as well as new dishes like the Murray Cod, a decadent dessert featuring Valrhona chocolate and some oscietra caviar along the way!
