Our annual Matilda truffle dinners showcase the best of local winter produce with the finest of truffles – all with Matilda’s signature smoky flavours and emphasis on native ingredients.
Over two nights only, Chef Aleksis will wow you with a truffle-rich feast, beginning with a truffle marshmallow and followed by a showcase of NSW, WA, TAS and VIC truffles accompanying duck egg, Murray cod and Wagyu sirloin dishes, topped off with truffle ice cream! Courses can be wine matched by sommelier Clint Fox for $70pp.
Truffle-devoted suppliers Friend & Burrell will make a special appearance on the night, imparting a mere shaving of their immense truffle knowledge on our guests.
