Our special Matilda Truffle dinners will showcase the best of local winter produce with the finest of truffles – all with Matilda’s signature smoky flavours and emphasis on native ingredients.

Over two nights only, Chef Aleksis Kalnins will wow you with a truffle-rich feast, beginning with a truffle marshmallow and followed by truffle every other way you can imagine… shaved, fermented, in a jus and more. Each course will be paired with a wine or cocktail by sommelier, Clint Fox.

Truffle-devoted Simon Friend of Friend & Burrell will make a special appearance on the night, imparting a mere shaving of his immense truffle knowledge on our guests.
