Introducing the Matilda Charcoal Chicken, now on the spit!

Our chickens are brined for 24 hours, marinated and filled with rosemary and lemon before being cooked rotisserie-style over charcoal to succulent perfection.

Served whole with seasonal sides, Chef Scott’s special gravy and house-made mayonnaise, $50, serves four.

Thursday–Sunday from 12pm until sold out.
